6 TIPS TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD
- Repeat! Repeat! Repeat! If there’s an important phone call I have to make, or a couple of things I have to pick up from the shops - I repeat it to my self until it sticks in the brain.
- Further more, if I have an important call that I have to make, I find my best time of day and that’s when I make the call. You know when your best time of day is, is it after a nap? Is it after you’ve eaten? In the afternoon? Whenever it is, that’s the time you should be targetting to get your important stuff done.
- Tell people that you’re having a problem remember things and so they really shouldn’t take it personally if you agree to do something and you forget. It is far better that they know this and can support your efforts, than for them to become annoyed and frustrated with you and you begin to feel bad about yourself.
- Do a crossword puzzle or a sudoku puzzle, an active brain is a productive brain!
- Get yourself diagnosed and treated. Don’t try and battle pain and depression and all the other symptoms alone. You need the medical profession!
- Read this blog regularly for tips and help, we’ve been there and are there!
We have found that living with Fibromyalgia requires coming up with constant plans and solutions to get by. Don’t sit and suffer alone, get tips and help from your doctor and or anywhere else you can find them and make those tips your own!
